Child safety is treated as a non-negotiable priority at Vedic Gurukul.
- Children are handed over only to an authorised parent or guardian at pickup; any change to the authorised person must be communicated to the school office in advance and in writing.
- Our campus is monitored by CCTV in classrooms and common areas throughout the school day.
- Staff are expected to undergo appropriate verification before working directly with children.
- Any concern, complaint, or observation related to a child's safety can be raised confidentially with the Principal or school office, and will be taken seriously and acted upon promptly.
- Visitors to the campus are required to sign in and are not left unsupervised around children.
We encourage parents to raise any safety concern immediately, no matter how small it may seem.
