This policy explains, in general terms, how Vedic Gurukul handles the personal information of students, parents, and website visitors.
What we collect: contact and identity details you provide through our admission enquiry and online application forms (such as name, phone number, email, address, and information about your child), and basic website usage data.
How we use it: to process admission enquiries and applications, to communicate with parents about their child's education, and to operate the school's day-to-day services. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
How we protect it: information submitted through our systems is stored on access-controlled school systems, and only authorised staff can view student and parent records relevant to their role.
Your choices: you may contact our office at any time to ask what information we hold about you or your child, or to request a correction.
As our students are children, we take particular care with their data and only collect what is reasonably necessary to provide our educational services.
